As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions, escalating issues according to site protocols.
  • Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required, and assisting with visitor management.
  • Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures.
  • Assist in implementing emergency response actions and participate in drills or training sessions as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
