\n Setting: Elementary Level
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students at the elementary level within the Aurora, IL school district. The BCBA will provide behavioral consultation, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes.
\n\n\n Key Responsibilities \n\nConduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
\n\t\n\tProvide direct support and coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals on implementation of behavioral strategies.
\n\t\n\tMonitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure student success.
\n\t\n\tCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, psychologists, and special education staff.
\n\t\n\tDocument services, maintain compliance with district and state guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings as required.
\n\t\nActive BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
\n\t\n\tIllinois State Licensure (IDFPR) required.
\n\t\n\tExperience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
\n\t\n\tExcellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
\n\t\nAssignment Length: Through May 29, 2026
\n\t\n\tHours: Full-time during school hours
\n\t\n\tSetting: Elementary school
\n\t\nIDR Job ID #477757. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
