POSITION SUMMARY:

This position oversees the outside operations of our gas treatment facility, ensuring the continuous functioning of processing, storage, loading, and unloading systems. You will conduct site checks, fine-tune equipment as instructed by the control room, and support maintenance and operations teams to optimize plant efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage gas treating, absorption, distillation, fractionation, product treatment, and gas dehydration processes.
• Operate various equipment, including gas compressors, auxiliary engines, motors, and pumps.
• Maintain accurate engine room logs.
• Perform service, lubrication, and minor maintenance tasks on assigned machinery, including alarms and Process Safety Management (PSM) testing.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols in your work environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
• Candidates must pass a drug test and background check.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

SKILLS:

• Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding mechanical principles, including sound, heat conduction, and pressure.
• Operation Monitoring: Skill in observing instruments to ensure equipment functions correctly.
• Quality Control Analysis: Ability to test and inspect for quality assurance.
• Public Safety & Security: Knowledge of security protocols to safeguard people and property.
• Repairing: Expertise in diagnosing and fixing issues based on electrical and mechanical principles.
• Safety Awareness: Recognizing and managing safety risks and using personal protective equipment effectively.
• Systems Analysis: Ability to evaluate how changes will affect operational systems.
