Kelly®  is seeking a  Warehouse Associate / Inventory Control Associate to work at a premier manufacturing facility in Miami, OK. Sound like something you’re interested in?

\nPay Rate: $14.50/hr.
\nShift: Days

\n What’s a typical day as a Warehouse/Inventory Associate? You’ll be: \n

\n\t
• Following all safety requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)\n\t
• Receiving, sorting, examining, arranging, and counting items for storage or shipment\n\t
• Scheduling trucks for incoming and outgoing materials\n\t
• Performing cycle counts of raw materials used in production\n\t
• Preparing documentation for packing and shipping hazardous chemicals\n\t
• Practicing good housekeeping—keeping inventory neat, clean, and orderly\n\t
• Verifying storage conditions and reporting inventory issues to Supervisor\n\t
• Assisting team members to ensure customer satisfaction and strong teamwork\n\t
• Adapting to operational needs and performing other duties as assigned\n

\n Requirements: \n\n

\n\t
• High school diploma or equivalent \n\t
• General warehouse experience \n\t
• Must have warehouse experience \n\t
• Must have experience with WMS, ERP, or electronic database for inventory \n\t
• Must be able to work at heights on powered industrial trucks for picking stock \n\t
• Able to read and follow written and oral instructions with strong attention to detail\n\t
• Possess basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, decimals)\n\t
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy teamwork\n\t
• Are able to work independently and solve problems as they arise\n\t
• Are comfortable standing, moving, reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion\n\t
• Can use PPE and understand chemical hygiene, labels, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)\n\t
• Are flexible and willing to adapt to changing operational needs\n\t
• Have vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment\n\t
• Thrive in a fast-paced, controlled environment and are willing to work overtime as needed\n
