We’re looking for a Strategist who’s not just a thinker, but a builder. Someone who can take a client’s business goals and translate them into meaningful, measurable program designs. You’ll be the heartbeat of our presale process, leading the charge in crafting solutions that make a real difference.

Note: While we welcome applicants from all locations, for this position we are prioritizing candidates who are able to work on-site at our headquarters in West Des Moines, Iowa or Atlanta, Georgia. Regular in-office presence is important for collaboration and team engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Be the strategic lead in presale conversations, helping shape program design that aligns with client goals and drives measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Strategy Advisors, and our Centers of Client Excellence to bring ideas to life.
• Own the story: develop proposals, presentations, and demos that clearly communicate our value and vision.
• Act as a translator between business needs and creative execution, ensuring every detail supports the bigger picture.
• Partner with internal experts—from analytics to creative—to build solutions that are both smart and inspiring.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making and help clients see the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’.
• Support onboarding and transitions, making sure every program starts strong and stays aligned.
• Be a mentor, a collaborator, and champion of continuous learning.

What You Bring

• A curious, strategic and positive mindset driven by a passion for problem-solving, connecting ideas, and creating meaningful change
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sale strategy, proposal development, or solution design (bonus points for B2B or employee experience work)
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills—you know how to make ideas resonate
• Comfort with complexity—you can juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines with grace
• A collaborative spirit—you thrive in cross-functional teams and love learning from others
• Familiarity with data, budgeting, and business metrics—you understand how to build solutions that perform
• A growth mindset—you’re always looking for ways to improve, evolve, and elevate your work
