Job Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions
• Manage email automation platforms and integrate with CRM and other marketing systems
• Design, build, test, and deploy email campaigns across multiple channels and segments
• Analyze email performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, design, and deliverability
• Maintain email subscriber lists and ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to create compelling email experiences
• Stay current on email marketing best practices and emerging technologies
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to email delivery and rendering across devices
• Develop documentation and training materials for email marketing processes
• Manage vendor relationships for email service providers and related tools
• Ensure brand consistency and quality control for all email communications
• Contribute to cross-channel marketing initiatives and campaign planning
• Mentor junior team members on email marketing tactics and technologies
Skills Required :
• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a technology-focused role
• Expert knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email coding best practices
• Proficiency in marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization techniques
• Experience with CRM systems and integrating customer data for targeted campaigns
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with email deliverability and anti-spam compliance requirements
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging email marketing technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Email marketing certifications a plus (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Litmus)
