Description
Leidos is seeking a senior Growth Lead to oversee business development, capture management, and strategic growth for the Intel Solutions organization within the Intelligence Sector.
Intel Solutions supports high-priority missions across ODNI, DIA, and DTRA, delivering capabilities in all-source analysis, collection enablement, counterproliferation and threat reduction, critical counterterrorism operations, identity intelligence, and secure enterprise modernization.
The Growth Lead will lead a team of BD professionals and capture managers, ensuring strong pipeline development, disciplined pursuit execution, and exceptional customer engagement. This role requires deep mission familiarity, strong IC/Defense Intelligence relationships, and the ability to drive a high-performing growth organization aligned with Leidos' Intelligence Sector strategy.
