As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to those you encounter. You will be expected to interact professionally with visitors and staff, address inquiries, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any security-related issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with site staff and other Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for the location.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in the job state is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
