\n\n \n The Opportunity \n\nWe are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our Louisville market. This role will sit in-office at our Louisville branch.
\n\nCompensation:
\n\nBase salary range: $60,000–$80,000(higher potential for candidates with staffing sales experience).
\n\t\n\tTotal compensation opportunity is significantly higher with commission.
\n\t\nDevelop new business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and high-margin local businesses .
\n\t\n\tExpand and retain existing customer accounts to increase market share and profitability.
\n\t\n\tBuild and deliver customized proposals, contracts, and pricing models.
\n\t\n\tLeverage a consultative sales approach to create tailored workforce solutions for clients.
\n\t\n\tPromote and sell across multiple staffing solutions including light industrial, clerical/administrative, skilled trades, professional, direct hire, and accounting/finance staffing .
\n\t\n\tContribute to branch growth strategy by identifying new opportunities and consistently driving high sales activity.
\n\t\n2+ years of staffing agency sales experience (preferred).
\n\t\n\tWill also consider strong sellers with proven success, high energy, and high activity levels.
\n\t\n\tConfident with cold calling, networking, and building client relationships .
\n\t\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\n\t\n\tAbility to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
\n\t\n\tKnowledge of current staffing trends and competitive market conditions.
\n\t\n\tEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in growth mode .
