At Kris’ Glam Closet Boutique , located in the heart of Pierre, SD, we’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Retail Team Member to join our team. If you have a knack for customer service and a flair for fashion, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Be Doing As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and styling advice.
- ️ Maintaining a beautifully organized store by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the boutique looking its best.
- Handling sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the register.
- Assisting with inventory management by unpacking and organizing new arrivals.
- Staying up-to-date on our latest collections to provide knowledgeable recommendations to our customers.
We’re searching for someone who brings both style and substance to the role! Here’s what we’d love to see:
- 1 year of experience in retail or a customer-facing role.
- A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for fashion and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when needed.
- Strong organizational skills to keep things running smoothly.
