As an Order Administrator you will: Process and release orders through multiple portals, including Sage. Communicate with customers via email and phone in a professional and timely manner. Enter and review orders, addressing any discrepancies as needed. Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring accurate and prompt order processing. This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills: 1-2 years experience with order entry administrator experience Strong typing skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Sage is a plus Great communication and bilingual in Spanish is a plus Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
