East View is a leading provider of native and translated foreign language information products and services, including Slavic, Chinese, and Arabic databases, print periodicals, and books. We serve all geographies and many market segments, including academic institutions, government organizations, corporations, public and federal libraries and law firms. Position Summary: We are seeking an individual who loves to organize, solve problems, and work on highly detail-oriented projects as our full-time Operations Specialist in our Book team. This position works to procure, fulfill, and support orders for academic, public and government libraries all over the world with foreign-language books, movies, atlases, etc. Duties:

• Procure books, atlases and other materials from various publishers and vendors
• Develop and maintain partnerships/business relations with suppliers all over the world
• Identify potential suppliers and negotiate supply conditions to secure the best value
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Prepare catalog lists using customer-specific parameters
• Invoice customer orders
• Provide professional customer service and problem resolution

• Intermediate or higher knowledge of a Slavic language (Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Serbian, etc.)
• Fluency in English
• Thorough attention to details (bonus points if you love this kind of work)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Task-oriented with experience completing projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task
• Bachelor's degree or work equivalent
• Curious, collaborative, and adaptable

• Fluency or near fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
• 3 years' experience in an office or similar environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel

• This is an onsite position located in Minnetonka MN near Hopkins Crossroads/Hwy 394
• Some remote work days are possible but this position cannot be fully remote as we handle physical products
