Position Overview Midea, a global leader in home appliances, is seeking a driven and results-oriented National Account Manager to support and grow our home appliance, home comfort, and floorcare business with Lowe’s. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, executing sales strategies, and driving business growth within the Lowe’s account. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, solid market knowledge, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets, market share, and profitability goals. Account Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with Lowe’s merchants and cross-functional partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and provide insights to leadership. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to align sales activities with business objectives. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics. Provide regular updates to senior leadership. Brand Advocacy: Represent Midea at Lowe’s meetings and events, promoting the company’s products and values to enhance brand reputation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the home appliances industry; experience with Lowe’s is a strong plus. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the home appliances market, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong customer relationships. Comfortable attending offices 4 days a week and Friday work from home.
