Role Description We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Medical Assistant / Prior Authorization Specialist to join our growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll play an important part in patient care, administrative support, and insurance coordination. Key Responsibilities Rooming patients and assisting the provider during exams Taking vitals, updating medications, and reviewing patient histories Managing prior authorizations for medications, infusions, and imaging Communicating with insurance companies and pharmacies Handling medical records, referrals, and clinical documentation Supporting front and back-office operations as needed Qualifications Experience in medical assisting and prior authorization processing Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance workflows Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with EHR systems Compassionate, dependable, and a true team player Why You’ll Love Working Here Flow Clinic offers a positive, supportive, and team-oriented environment where every staff member is valued.
