We have an opening for a knowledgeable and experienced Site Superintendent to supervise multiple renovation projects and direct our team to produce the best results for our clients and design partners. We are looking for top candidates with high standards and a growth mindset. The job is expected to be roughly 90% supervision with active participation in construction activities (framing, cabinet installation, misc. labor) expected about 10% as required.

Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee all aspects of remodeling from foundation to finish. Make sure site is clean, safe, and well-organized throughout.
• Supervision: provide clear, concise, and efficient direction to carpenters, and subcontractors.
• Communicate: Collaborate with project manager, architect, designer, client, and subcontractors to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and outcome. Attend weekly meetings and identify potential roadblocks.
• Quality Control: Ensure installations align with drawings, specifications, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Appreciation of architecture and design
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry and residential building systems
• 10+ years working in residential construction industry
• In-depth understanding of architectural and structural blueprints
• Knowledge of related trades such as plumbing, electric, HVAC, etc
• Understanding of building codes and experience with inspection sign-offs
• Carries themselves in a professional manner in speech and appearance
• Ability to communicate clearly via phone, text, email
• Reliable transportation (ideally a pickup truck or work van with lumber rack)
