Since 1973, it has provided culturally sensitive services across behavioral health, primary care, domestic violence support, housing assistance, and youth programs. With a strong focus on diversity, inclusion, and social justice, the organization serves individuals from all backgrounds—especially immigrants and refugees—helping them thrive through integrated, community-based care.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
  • Generous Compensation: $98K–$140K depending on licensure and experience
  • Sign-on Bonus: Get a warm welcome with a sign on bonus
  • 95% Employer-Paid Medical: Choose from 4 plans
  • Generous PTO & Holidays
  • Free Headspace App: Prioritize your well-being with mindfulness support
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan: 3% match + Morgan Stanley financial advisor access
  • CEU support + robust internal training opportunities
  • Loan forgiveness eligibility (HRSA & State programs)

What You’ll Do:

Clinical Management (50%)

  • Supervise a team of 4–6 staff, including licensed/associate clinicians and a case manager
  • Provide clinical supervision (individual and group)
  • Monitor quality of care, documentation standards, and productivity metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership and participate in audits, reporting, and strategy planning
  • Help guide integrated program delivery and community engagement efforts

Direct Service (50%)

  • Provide brief, culturally responsive therapy in a primary care setting
  • Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with medical and behavioral health staff
  • Conduct assessments and deliver care coordination as part of an integrated team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review

What You Bring:

  • LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in California
  • Minimum 4 years of post-licensure clinical experience , including brief therapy models
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience (can include clinical supervision)
  • Confident in supervising licensed and unlicensed clinicians
  • Experience in integrated care or primary care settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and documentation skills

This is a unique opportunity to grow as a clinical leader in a supportive, mission-driven environment that values collaboration, cultural humility, and whole-person care.
