In This Role, You Will:
* Deliver safe, accurate, patient-centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
* Clearly educate and empower patients and families to build confidence in care plans and support positive outcomes.
* Use your strengths to solve challenges while ensuring thorough and compliant documentation.
Qualifications:
* Active RN license in the state in which you work with at least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of the day).
* Strong time management, tech proficiency (EMR, mobile devices), and commitment to timely charting.
