Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing health information services in compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and facility standards
• Implement policies and procedures for documentation, storage, and retrieval of medical records, legal documents, insurance data, and correspondence
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Ensure HIPAA compliance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in information management and psychiatric healthcare preferred
