Job Title: Game Day/Events Audio Engineer

Department: T echnology/Audio Visual

Reports To: Director Broadcast Operations & Engineering

Status: Seasonal , Non-Exempt

Primary Objective: Responsible for Live Audio Mixing for game days and events at T-Mobile Park.

T- Mobile Park will host 81 Mariners games in 2024 and a variety of concerts and special events. Essential Functions:

  • Operate control room audio console and QSC’s GUI during games and events at T-Mobile Park
  • Set up and prepare audio equipment for use on game days and events, while maintaining an organized and clean working space
  • Perform duties at high level in a fast-paced working environment
  • Attend crew meetings and rehearsals as assigned
  • Assist with tear down and executing post event production responsibilities
  • Communicate and work in a team-oriented environment to produce a successful live production
  • Will perform other duties as assigned


Education and Experience:

  • Associates or technical college degree required or relevant field experience
  • Previous work experience in a live-video production environment preferred
  • Experience mixing audio for live events preferred
  • Experience using Yamaha CL5 and other digital consoles preferred
  • Knowledge of production work environment preferred

Physical Activities and Working Conditions:

  • Must be available to commit to a minimum of 7-9 hour workdays for games including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Indoor and outdoor working environment
  • Must be able to access assigned locations in T-Mobile Park including navigating concrete stairwells, ramps and concourses
  • Must be able to make crew call
  • Must be able to move up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time

The anticipated starting pay for this seasonal role is $30.00 - $45.00 per hour.
