Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketer. This role will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include campaign development/management for search and social media ad campaigns, development and deployment of lead gen and conversion strategies, content marketing, and SEO, ad performance and web performance analytics, and more.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for client campaigns.
• Create and manage online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experiences to improve conversion rates and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and achieve competitive advantage.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• BS in Project Management, Marketing, Strategic Communications, or related field, plus 2+ years experience
• Proven work experience as a digital marketer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to interface with all levels of client and internal management is essential.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Actively and preemptively seeks out solutions to potential challenges. Brings new ideas to the company, proactively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, proactively and professionally
• Good positive energy
• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns for clients from various industries is a plus.

Pay is commensurate with experience, starting at $62,000.
