Porter/Lot Attendant - Automotive Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, honest, capable and reliable individual. The Porter will assists Sales Managers and Sales Consultants through the sales process by performing essential tasks neccessary for completing deals. A daily routine may also include moving and alligning lot inventory, keeping grounds clean and free of liter, using weed trimmers and leaf blowers, transporting new and used vehicles between dealerships, transporting parts, documents and customers to various locations. Always being on call for managers needing assistance.
Job Responsibilities - Keeps demos prepared to show
- Pulls cars from inventory when needed
- Fills deliveries or demos with gas
- Washes cars if needed
- Takes sold inventory to make ready/prep center
- Keeps all cars showroom ready
- Maintains inventory neatly with proper arrangement of vehicles
- Maintains Dealership grounds and other areas
- Transports cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work
- Transports inter-company documents between dealerships
- Helps perform physical inventory monthly
- Attends department meetings as appropriate

Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Operator Driver's License (must be insurable and ability to drive a standard transmission).
