Real Estate- Commercial Property Marketing Intern


We are seeking an Intern to join our Real Estate Team!


Are you interested in assisting a team in leasing and marketing commercial properties? Self-Help is seeking an intern to join their Real Estate team, which is committed to offering below-market-rate spaces that serve and benefit the community.


WHAT You'll Do:

• Enhance communication with commercial tenants by creating various messaging strategies

• Assist with research and market analysis studies to support project development

• Provide brand support by developing videos, photos, and copy/content for communications channels and assist with campus and community outreach events alongside the Manager

WHAT You'll Need:

• Undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduates welcome to apply

• Demonstrate a sincere interest in non-profit work, education, advocacy, or social work

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• An enthusiasm for learning

• Strong attention to detail
