Were seeking an experienced C++ Software Engineer to join a team building next-generation payment and retail transaction systems used across convenience, fuel, and retail environments. This role focuses on Windows-based application development, automation, and performance optimization in high-volume transaction systems.

This is NOT an embedded C++ role.

What Youll Do

• Design, develop, and test C++ applications for real-time payment and POS systems.
• Build unit and automated tests using Google Test, Cucumber, or Behave.
• Deliver reliable, scalable solutions with a strong focus on software quality.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of C++ (C++11 or newer) experience in a Windows environment (Visual Studio/Win32).
• Strong OOP fundamentals and debugging skills.
• Experience with automated testing and test-first development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Python.
• POS or payment system experience.
• PCI/security exposure.
• Cloud experience.

This is a hands-on, onsite development roleideal for engineers who love solving real-world technical challenges in transactional systems, not firmware or embedded development.
