We were founded on the wild idea that startups should care about their brand — and it's that eyes-wide, sparks-fly thinking that still defines who we are today. We launch businesses that are changing the world and transform global brands looking to future proof their success. We start with a big idea and then make all kinds of wonderful things that people will obsess over.
We are seeking an AI Creative Technologist to join our expanding Tech team— someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to stay ahead of what's next, and a genuine enthusiasm for shaping the future of brands through technology.
You live and breathe innovation. You're deeply curious about emerging technology, with a true mastery of AI trends and their creative applications in design, advertising, content, media and marketing. You move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on prototyping. Whether building tools, hiring specialized talent, or leading workshops, you bring a strategic mindset and a passion for making the future real. You thrive as a cross-functional collaborator, naturally demystifying complex tech for non-technical teammates and inspiring others to experiment, learn, and push boundaries.
You will have two core focuses: leading a small cross-functional team developing an AI-powered approach to creating leading work. In addition, leading AI innovation across the broader Red Antler Group companies.
You will help lead an experimental AI-focused team, alongside a Creative leader, with a specific mandate to innovate and break existing agency paradigms and processes. This RA Lab will sit within the main Red Antler organization but work outside existing structures, with a goal to be able to develop new approaches to creating our work and building tools and workflows to support delivery.
You'll concept, prototype, and deliver AI-powered solutions across design, digital, and content experiences—from automations to creative augmentation. You'll strategically evaluate when to leverage off-the-shelf tools and when to develop custom solutions, always focused on impact and efficiency. You'll build functional prototypes, streamline workflows that connect multiple platforms and APIs, and partner with internal teams or external vendors to bring innovative tools and experiments to life. You'll lead internal workshops and innovation sprints, translating emerging AI capabilities into actionable, value-driving opportunities for clients and the agency. And above all, you'll empower teams across the Red Antler Group to confidently harness the power of new technologies, turning potential into tangible creative results.
