Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative with AO Globe Life, you’ll work with union members, credit union members, and association members who have already requested information about their benefits.

  • Consult with Clients: Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom or phone to understand each client’s needs and recommend personalized life insurance solutions.
  • Become a Trusted Expert: Learn our full range of products and use that expertise to help families protect their financial future.
  • Guide Applications: Walk clients through the enrollment process with accuracy, care, and compliance.
  • Uphold Excellence: Represent AO Globe Life with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Continue Growing: Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to sharpen your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications & Skills

This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are ready to grow, learn, and take charge of their earning potential.

  • Strong desire for professional growth and meaningful work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and comfortable managing time independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
